The weekend

If you want to know about couponing, first things first, quit buying full priced items, you'd be surprise how much you would save by buying items that are on sale, price match, coupons, etc.

I remember buying over 116 items one time at Wal-Mart and spent only about $34 and that was with nothing but coupons and price matching. I love price matching.

Also love using thecoupongirlz.com shopping list, so you may want to check that out, they are free. Also you would be surprise how many items you can get for free, or really really cheap! You should see my house, I'm stocked up on Toliet Paper, Shampoo & Conditioner, Toothpaste + Toothbrushes, soap, even feminine needs to last me more than a year. Doesn't even include food. But its nice to have non-food on hand stocked up. My kids even have toothpaste to last them over a year! Crazy!!!

First Wal-Mart ad I was looking at I was like good grief, it wasn't worth looking at because it was just aiming you to spend your refund money! LOL

Newspapers- I usually buy two, depending on the inserts. I usually buy the Columbia Tribune, and the St. Louis Post that I can find either at Hickman's or Wal-Mart. but two is the maximum I've been doing lately since I've been trying to get back into this whole coupon world! Even bought a brand new Deep Chest Freezer to put more food in!

My rule of thumb, start out with two newspapers (again depending on what's in it-there are ways to find out what the preview will be on the Sunday's Newspaper by searching on the internet, you can even get a schedule of what will be in the paper for example: RD, SS, etc. )....or you can go by get as many papers as you have in your family. I won't lie at the very beginning when I was a coupon fanatic I would buy a total of 8- 4 Columbia Tribune, 4 St. Louis Post. 8 Newspapers....

You can also pre-order your coupons online too, you can find sites off of TheCouponGirlz.com Site.....some give you a total of 12 inserts or you can do a combo and get a total of 20 (use to do that, but I just buy mine now).

Now the price matchup's begin! LOL

Welcome to Central Mid-Missouri Couponing

Welcome to Central Mid-Missouri Couponing. My name is Sara, I'm 26 years old, married to a wonderful husband, have two beautiful children under the age of two, and I love to coupon. Figure I'd start this blog to help other Mid-Missouri folks coupon, deals, samples etc. I love to see how low on price I can get things. Even if I don't save a lot, I'm still saving, and its fun watching your total go down.

My favorite memory of getting over 116 items for only $.20 cents.....that's right $.20 cents.....I don't brag saying I'm a coupon Queen but my family sure does, and everyone from my past work, knows how passionate I can be towards couponing. I won't lie I've been out of it since October of 2012, so getting back into swing of it. Willing to answer any questions too that you may have, or want help finding something let me know.

My favorite sites I can tell you for now is: The Coupon Girlz- I love looking at her deals, I have attended her couponing class, which was insightful, and also does coupon matchups, gives a list of coupons you can find if you need more etc.

I almost totally forgot about one other site that I love watching: that would be Couponing to Disney, she has ways that she saves money up to go to Disney on a yearly bases pretty much. Its really cool, and you all should check it out.

Also like the Krazy Coupon Lady-she gives out daily emails besides the CouponingtoDisney that gives you deals, and things you might have missed on there blog.

I love Shop At Home.....that is my favorite site beyond to earn cash back for online shopping that I normally do, lately the deals haven't been that great, but if you look every Saturday they give a new Daily Deal which lately has been lasting for six days. So far with shop at home, my cash back this year was $195.92, now wouldn't you love to have that savings back into your pocket? You only have to earn $20.00 in cash back rewards before they send you out a check. Its nice getting a check back each month for things I normally do. Check the website out at:

If you haven't signed up I would highly recommend signing up for it.

Two other sites that I love working with to earn gift cards quickly would be Swagbucks, which you earn swagbucks which you can redeem for gift cards:

I like earning points to get Amazon Gift cards, but this site has other choices too of rewards.

Mypoints is another good site to earn points for Rewards like gift cards, etc. -added the link to my normal facebook site.

Bing is another way to earn Amazon Gift Cards: I usually just do searches. Also shared the link to my normal facebook site.
If you need the site, you can email me with your email address, and I can send you the link....

Hopefully tomorrow I will work on some matchups, will have to be patient with me for I'm going to school, working full time, and taking care of two children under the age of three....but I hope to give you all some great deals... I do give credit for any site I borrow information from, because it was there info, other than that if I don't, its from my own doing.

Thanks! :)
