The weekend

If you want to know about couponing, first things first, quit buying full priced items, you'd be surprise how much you would save by buying items that are on sale, price match, coupons, etc.

I remember buying over 116 items one time at Wal-Mart and spent only about $34 and that was with nothing but coupons and price matching. I love price matching.

Also love using thecoupongirlz.com shopping list, so you may want to check that out, they are free. Also you would be surprise how many items you can get for free, or really really cheap! You should see my house, I'm stocked up on Toliet Paper, Shampoo & Conditioner, Toothpaste + Toothbrushes, soap, even feminine needs to last me more than a year. Doesn't even include food. But its nice to have non-food on hand stocked up. My kids even have toothpaste to last them over a year! Crazy!!!

First Wal-Mart ad I was looking at I was like good grief, it wasn't worth looking at because it was just aiming you to spend your refund money! LOL

Newspapers- I usually buy two, depending on the inserts. I usually buy the Columbia Tribune, and the St. Louis Post that I can find either at Hickman's or Wal-Mart. but two is the maximum I've been doing lately since I've been trying to get back into this whole coupon world! Even bought a brand new Deep Chest Freezer to put more food in!

My rule of thumb, start out with two newspapers (again depending on what's in it-there are ways to find out what the preview will be on the Sunday's Newspaper by searching on the internet, you can even get a schedule of what will be in the paper for example: RD, SS, etc. )....or you can go by get as many papers as you have in your family. I won't lie at the very beginning when I was a coupon fanatic I would buy a total of 8- 4 Columbia Tribune, 4 St. Louis Post. 8 Newspapers....

You can also pre-order your coupons online too, you can find sites off of TheCouponGirlz.com Site.....some give you a total of 12 inserts or you can do a combo and get a total of 20 (use to do that, but I just buy mine now).

Now the price matchup's begin! LOL
