The Comp List
Well I was going to add the person who does the Comp List but it seems like she's been extremely busy and hasn't done the comp list since March- but you can check her out here and here, she is based out of Kansas.
So kinda a bummer but trust me when I say I can completely understand because I have gotten out the route myself because of internet issues and been extremely busy myself working on my other site which is here.
